- We ask that you arrive on time, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early to allow current guests their maximum appointment privacy. Family and friend groups are welcome by appointment only.
- For optimum care clients are encouraged to schedule standing appointments as walk ins are not readily available
- Once an appointment is scheduled cancellations can be done via text message.
- Calls are always welcome. If your call is missed it will be returned within 2 business days.
- Scheduled appointments are only confirmed by making the required deposit
- Service fees are a la carte. For example: haircut does not include styling, coloring etc…
- We ask that you be open and honest about any issues that you may be having with your health that may affect the services being rendered on your hair. Example: Clients taking medication for Diabetes may not be eligible for certain chemical processes therefore receiving them could cause extreme damage.
- All prices include estimated completion time. Therefore, for additional services the day of may need to be scheduled on your next visit. If time is available the service and fee may be completed the same day.
- All appointments require a $50.00 non refundable deposit to confirm time and day. Deposits will be deducted from the final bill the day of services.
- Final Payment is due at the end of the service before leaving the studio. Cash and Zelle are welcome.
